Rita was very responsive and competent. Almost from the start, she felt like family to us. I think the house was a challenge, because my parents had confidently done all the repair work themselves into their mid-nineties, and it showed! Rita sold the house quickly and for a good price - big weight off our shoulders. She also helped a lot with preparing the house for showing.
